Aniston: 'Morning Show' Filming Feels Like Childbirth! 😱

Jennifer Aniston, star of Apple TV+'s hit series "The Morning Show," has made a startling comparison about the intensity of filming each season. In a recent interview, Aniston likened the experience to childbirth, describing the demanding work as both exhausting and surprisingly rewarding.

Aniston's Honest Take on 'The Morning Show'

Speaking with Glamour magazine, Aniston didn't mince words. "Every year since I finished the first season, I was like, 'Well, that’s it — I'm dead. That just killed me,'" she revealed. The actress, who plays Alex Levy on the show, explained that the initial exhaustion fades, only to return when it's time to start filming again.

Childbirth Comparison

Aniston elaborated on her comparison, stating, "I kind of compare it to what childbirth must be like when my friends are like, 'You just kind of forget what it was, and then next thing you know you’re knocked up again.'" She joked that finishing a season feels like "pushing that watermelon out of a tiny little pinhole," but instead of quitting, she jumps right back in.

The actress also emphasized the need to decompress and escape into comedy after each season. This allows her to recharge before diving back into the demanding role.

What to Expect in Season 4

The new season will explore themes of responsibility, hidden motives, and the search for truth in a polarized society. With deepfakes and conspiracy theories on the rise, the characters will grapple with questions of trust and reality.

Alongside Aniston, the cast includes Reese Witherspoon, Billy Crudup, Karen Pittman, Mark Duplass, Greta Lee, Jon Hamm, Nicole Beharie, Marion Cotillard, and Nestor Carbonell. Jeremy Irons, Aaron Pierre and Will Arnett are also joining the cast. Get ready for a season full of drama and intrigue!
