Heartbreak in Idaho: Leroy Family Lost in Plane Crash
A devastating plane crash in Nampa, Idaho, has claimed the lives of Brandon and Jestene LeRoy, along with their young son, Paxton. The small plane went down shortly after takeoff on Sunday evening, leaving the community in mourning.
According to reports, the family departed from Nampa Airport around 5:40 p.m. local time. Tragically, the plane crashed just a minute later, approximately two miles from the airport, striking an unoccupied outbuilding near Venice St.
"The loss feels immeasurable," said Jeremiah LeRoy, Brandon's cousin, in a statement. "To say we miss them doesn’t come close." He described Brandon as a constant and supportive figure throughout his life.

The Canyon County Coroner's Office identified the adults as Jestene Leroy, 30, and Brandon Leroy, 43. Both succumbed to multiple blunt force injuries at the scene. The Ada County Coroner's Office confirmed that 23-month-old Paxton LeRoy passed away at St. Luke's Medical Center in Boise despite efforts to save him.
Witnesses reported seeing the plane circling before nosediving into the ground. The wreckage, shown in local news footage, paints a grim picture of the tragedy. Authorities have confirmed that no one on the ground was injured.
