According to police reports, Jamal was last seen near 6200 W Hustis Street. He is described as a Black male, approximately 4 feet tall, weighing around 80 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts.
Authorities are investigating this case as a possible abduction. The suspect is described as a Black male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a black face mask, and believed to be armed with a handgun. The suspect was seen driving a white Jeep Renegade with unknown license plates.
