Grand Jury Indicts Suspect in Aliante Casino Shooting and Carjackings

Las Vegas, NV – Aerion Warmsely, 19, has been indicted by a grand jury in connection with a deadly shooting at Aliante Casino in North Las Vegas on March 27th, as well as multiple carjackings across the Las Vegas Valley. Warmsely faces serious charges, including murder with a deadly weapon, robbery, burglary, and battery.

The incident began at the Aliante Casino. Within an hour of the shooting, Warmsely allegedly caused a car crash near Spring Mountain and I-15, followed by a series of carjackings. He was eventually apprehended near Sahara Avenue and Boulder Highway.

According to court documents, the grand jury accuses Warmsely of willfully committing robbery, reckless driving, and the murder of 23-year-old Na’Onche Osborne. His initial arraignment is scheduled for June 11th.

Teenager Killed in Separate North Las Vegas Shooting

In a separate incident, a 17-year-old male was fatally shot in North Las Vegas on Sunday morning. North Las Vegas Police Department officers responded to a business in the 3100 block of East Lake Mead Boulevard around 1:55 a.m. following reports of a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers found the teenager unresponsive. Despite life-saving efforts by medical personnel, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Police are currently searching for a suspect in this case.
