Faith Kipyegon Breaks 1500m World Record Again! Ghana dey celebrate!

Kenya's own Faith Kipyegon has done it again! She shattered her own 1500m world record at the Eugene Diamond League meet on Saturday. Di time she run be 3 minutes 48.68 seconds, leaving everyone in awe.

Kipyegon, who be Olympic gold medalist, show say she be the real deal by breaking di record she set last year for Paris. Last year she run 3:49.04, but this time she chop off even more time!

Di race no easy oh. Australian Jessica Hull dey right behind Kipyegon until di final lap. But Kipyegon show say she be boss, giving a strong kick and running free to win by almost three seconds.

Ethiopia’s Diribe Welteji run Personal Best of 3:51.44 to take 2nd place, and Jessica Hull run Season’s Best of 3:54.76 to finish 3rd. But all eyes dey on Kipyegon!

Last week sef, Kipyegon do something amazing by running di fastest mile ever, even though na exhibition event wey dem no ratify. But this time, there be no doubt about her performance. She take 0.36 seconds off di record wey she set for Paris last year.

And e no be only Kipyegon wey dey break records. Beatrice Chebet from Kenya also make history by becoming di first woman to run 5000m under 14 minutes! She clock a world record of 13:58.06. E be night of records for Eugene, Oregon!
