Black Queens Fly to Siaïda: WAFCON 2024 Prep Complete!

Ghana ein Black Queens, our national women's football team, dey move ein camp go Siaïda, Algeria, as dem dey prepare for de 2024 TotalEnergies Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON). De team spend two weeks for Benslimane, wey dem sharpen demma skills, build fitness, and play some friendly matches.

Friendly Matches: Winnings and Lessons

During de training camp, de Black Queens show ein power with wins against Malawi (3-1) and Benin (4-1). Even though dem lose to Nigeria (3-1), e be good test wey help dem identify areas wey dey need improvement.

WAFCON Challenge: Group C

Now wey de preparations dey complete, all eyes dey on de WAFCON campaign. Ghana dey face tough competition for Group C, wey dey include defending champions South Africa, Mali, and Tanzania. De first match dey come on July 7 against South Africa. E go be hard battle, but we dey believe in our Queens!
